I've been ordering here for years and I've always been very satisfied. However, the quality has deteriorated extremely. For this, the prices are constantly increasing. The delivery time is a disaster. One hour is specified, but after 2 hours the delivery will only come on request. Sorry, I ate at your place last time. It's a shame actually

Unfortunately only had bad experiences in the last few months, which is why I won't order anything there. A few days ago I ordered the Pizza Cheeseburger Style again and was shocked: Instead of fresh red onions, I got cheap pickled sour onions from the jar. The tomatoes were already dried and wrinkled, the lettuce already withered and partly spoiled. Instead of sliced ​​Danish cucumber, there were only a few tiny pieces of it. It's the same with meat, tiny pieces that didn't add up to 50g. No comparison to what they delivered just a few years ago. The pizzas looked almost like the pictures on the page and tasted good too.

We ordered at 5:48 pm. A delivery time of 80 minutes was specified. At 7:45 pm we called and asked where the food was going. The order wasn't even made and we were told it would take another 25 minutes. Then canceled the meal ...

Some pizzas are special. If you don't know the variety beforehand and want to try it, you can also be unlucky in terms of taste. On the whole, however, a solid pizza. Also the choice of different edges and special coverings. The Snails are always a pleasure. In addition, always friendly staff.

Terrible wait The pizza was very tasty, but the pizza that was pre-ordered on the phone was not even entered in the system. With the last order, I had to drive to pick up the pizza myself after 2 hours of delivery. Since I had saved myself a negative review. Unfortunately not anymore this time.

Ordered today at 6:14 pm with a delivery time of 80 minutes, which would be fine for a Saturday. At 8 p.m. I have tel. asked because our little one is hungry. Here I was told that our turn would be immediately and that the food would be served in max. 15-20min is there. Now it's 8:35 p.m. and it's not even on the way. That doesn't work at all! Even if it is mostly tasty, I am very disappointed! It is now 9 p.m. and it is not there yet. If I had not paid with PayPal, I would not accept the delivery! That’s really bad !!! It's a real shame, as we've mostly had good experiences.

Bad service. Had to wait two hours for a pizza order, even though they were supposed to deliver to Detmold. Called three times and only got one to speak to one incompetent member of staff who told me the pizza is supposedly on its way. It took a long time to get there and it didn't really taste good. We will probably not order there again.

I had to wait over 50 minutes in front of the store to get my order cold. I've seen people come in and out who have already asked about me. And when I spoke to the staff, he just left with an unpleasant look on his face. Very nice.

Due to the eternal waiting time for delivery, we ordered pizza to be picked up. We were told 20 minutes. We drove there properly and were allowed to wait an additional 30 minutes in front of the door because the pizzas weren't even made. Disused ingredients were still on it. That was it now, will never order again!

I ordered takeaway pizza snails today. When I got home and opened the box, there was such a pungent burnt smell that I couldn't eat any of it. The snails were black and simply carelessly thrown into the box so that the contents fell out from all sides. I also uploaded the photos. I am completely shocked and this was definitely my last visit to this shop. I can only advise everyone against it. If you do something outrageous, don't bother with the other dishes.
